🧢 Coach T's Recap

Tracksuit makes it easy to get your brand data out of the dashboard and into your everyday workflows. Whether you’re reporting internally, briefing agencies, or building presentations, you can quickly export charts, download raw data, or connect your data to other tools.

How to download or export Tracksuit data

There are a few ways to get data out of the dashboard:

1. Share charts and visuals

On most Tracksuit pages, you’ll see the functionality to Share your data.

This includes:

Copy as image

There are two ways to copy a chart as an image. You can use the Share dropdown available across Tracksuit pages, or the copy icon on individual reports.

The chart will be copied to your device’s clipboard so you can paste it directly into presentations or reports. The image will reflect the filters and date range currently applied.

Export

Download your exact view to Excel. The export will reflect the filters and date range currently applied. Exports include pre-made charts and tables which you can customize to fit your brand’s style guide. All exports will download to your device’s local downloads folder.

2. Export raw data

For raw data in .CSV format, head to the Survey Details page. There, you can download the underlying data that powers your dashboard - perfect for deeper analysis or merging with other data sources.

Click the Download Raw Responses button to download your data.

3. Connect Tracksuit’s API

Tracksuit’s API helps you connect your data with other reporting tools (like PowerBI, Looker, or Tableau) or with other data sets (like sales data or media spend).

What to actually do with your downloaded data

Getting your data is just step one. Here are some smart ways to use your Tracksuit exports 👇

Fuel internal reporting

Bring brand health to the forefront, helping non-marketing stakeholders connect the dots between brand performance and business outcomes.

Incorporate brand health into:

  • Board decks

  • Leadership reports

  • Marketing roundups

Support end-to-end reporting

Go beyond campaign-specific data like impressions and clicks, and connect the dots across your entire brand journey.

💡 Tip: Integrate brand data into your existing MMM (marketing mix modeling) or econometric model to gain a clearer understanding of how brand activities impact broader business outcomes.

Build strategic presentations

Align your teams around where the brand sits now and where you’re headed.

Use perception and category data to support:

  • Creative briefs

  • Positioning work

  • Go-to-market strategy

Support agency & partner collaboration

Share insights with your media, creative, PR agencies or other third parties to guide channel planning, messaging, and media targeting.

Drive supplier conversations

Use brand data to support discussions with suppliers, helping align on expectations and opportunities for mutual growth.

Inform product development and innovation

Leverage brand health data to identify customer pain points, product perceptions, and unmet needs. Use this insight to guide product development and ensure alignment with market demand.
