How do I download or export my Tracksuit data?

Tracksuit makes it easy to get your brand data out of the dashboard and into your everyday workflows. Whether you’re reporting internally, briefing agencies, or building presentations, you can quickly export charts, download raw data, or connect your data to other tools.

How to download or export Tracksuit data

There are a few ways to get data out of the dashboard:

1. Download charts and visuals

On most Tracksuit pages, you’ll see a download icon where you can download your exact view to Excel (just make sure the right date range and filters are selected). Exports include pre-made charts and tables which you can customize to fit your brand’s style guide.

All exports will download to your device’s local downloads folder.

Need something more visual? Each chart has a ‘copy as image’ icon, making it easy to grab exactly what you need. Simply copy the chart to your device’s clipboard and paste it directly into presentations or reports - saving you the time and effort it takes to build charts from scratch. Say goodbye to scrappy screenshots!

2. Export raw data

For raw data in .CSV format, head to the Survey Details page. There, you can download the underlying data that powers your dashboard - perfect for deeper analysis or merging with other data sources.

Click the Download Raw Responses button to download your data.

3. Connect Tracksuit’s API

Tracksuit’s API helps you connect your data with other reporting tools (like PowerBI, Looker, or Tableau) or with other data sets (like sales data or media spend).
