How did we create our survey structure?

We have a team of in-house research specialists who have created our survey based on industry best practice, applying the same level of rigour as traditional brand trackers.

Our survey is structured to get a read on the core metrics that make up brand health and that are reported on most frequently by brand marketers – specifically awareness, consideration, investigation, usage and preference.

Our surveys follow a set structure:

  1. Introduction & demographic screeners

  2. Category qualification

  3. Core brand tracking questions

  4. Add-ons (e.g. prompted brand statements, unprompted awareness)

  5. Additional demographics
