Whether you're ready to introduce Tracksuit after some initial client chats, or you want to include Tracksuit in a pitch or proposal, here's how it works:

Tell us about the brand, what you're working on together, and where you're at with your conversations about brand tracking. Your Partner Manager will be in touch within 1 working day to discuss next steps and provide any support you need

2. Feasibility check and proposal support

We'll confirm it's a category we can support and provide you with resources, case studies, or proposal content to help with your client conversations.

3. Client introduction

Once your client is interested, your Partner Manager will connect you with the right Sales Rep who'll be looking after your client. You can also make the introduction directly.

4. First meeting and demo

Either email intro us to your client, or set up a three-way meeting for the initial demo. We love it when agencies stay involved!

5. Onboarding

If all goes well and your client comes on board, our Brand Champions will handle the technical setup while keeping you in the loop.

Will you contact my client directly when I fill out the form?

Nope! The form is simply to signal you've got a brand you're keen to work with us on. Our first step will always be to chat with you about how you want to proceed.

We're pitching for a brand and it's highly confidential

We get it - everything you share with us is completely confidential. We're happy to sign an NDA if needed. Just let your Partner Manager know when they reach out.

Why do you need all this information upfront?

Two reasons:

A) We want to be a team! That means not asking your client questions you already know the answers to.

B) We want our pitch to be tailored to their business, so we're not wasting anyone's time.

What do I need to do throughout the process?

It works best when we team up! You've already got a great relationship with the brand, so we'd love you to be as involved as possible:

  • Get them interested and excited about Tracksuit before connecting us

  • Email intro them to the Account Executive and set up the first meeting for all of us

  • Support ongoing conversations and follow up on how they're feeling throughout the process

What happens when a brand comes on board?

Once they've signed and paid their invoice, they'll complete a short onboarding form to set up their survey. We'll confirm qualifier questions, competitors, brand statements, etc. You're welcome to support this setup process too.

What if we (the agency) are signing the contract?

All good - still fill out the referral form with the details so we can track everything properly.

Do they need to be 100% committed before I refer them?

No way! We're here to work with you on the conversations. Don't feel like they have to be a hot lead to introduce us. If you're pitching, or you've got a client who might be a good fit and want help proposing Tracksuit, bring us into the conversation.
