Every question in your Tracksuit survey has been carefully crafted with a specific purpose in mind. You can view all your survey questions and understand their purpose by heading to Survey Details in your dashboard settings. These questions were set up collaboratively during onboarding, and your Brand Champion can help with any updates or questions you might have.

How to find your survey questions
Here's how to access your complete survey breakdown:
Step 1: Click the ⚙️ settings cog in the top right corner of your Tracksuit dashboard
Step 2: Select Survey Details from the menu
Step 3: Open up the Survey Details page to see your survey questions laid out clearly
What you'll see on the Survey Details page
Your Survey Details page is set up with two main sections:
1. Tracking Details
This section shows the high-level setup of your survey - things like your category, competitor brands and the number of people in your survey.
2. Survey Structure
This is where the magic happens! Here you'll find the exact questions used in your survey, plus something really important - why each question was asked.
TIP: The following questions aren’t yet visible under the Survey Structure.
Media Consumption: In the past month which of the following media channels have you used, read, seen, or listened to?
Postcode: Please start typing your postcode and select the correct option from the dropdown list. If you don’t know your postcode, please type your locality and select the matching result.
Why every question has a purpose
We don't ask questions just for the sake of it. Every single question in your survey has been designed with a specific purpose and outcome in mind. When you're looking at your Survey Structure, you'll see:
The exact question wording - So you know precisely what respondents are seeing. TIP: For non-English surveys, you’ll see the English translation of the question, not the verbatim in local language
The purpose behind each question - Understanding why we ask about brand awareness this way, or why we include that specific statement about your brand
This transparency helps you understand not just what we're measuring, but why it matters for your brand strategy.
